Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Growth Specialist.

In this role, you will support the Growth Manager by identifying growth opportunities, managing brand interactions, and executing targeted campaigns to increase active players.

Responsibilities:

User Engagement & Retention

• Respond to user inquiries and handle complaints empathetically to enhance player satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost user retention and long-term engagement.
• Monitor community sentiment and provide actionable feedback to improve player experience.

Growth & Brand Management

• Identify and capitalize on new user acquisition opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand presence and positioning.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize growth strategies and initiatives.

Campaign Execution

• Plan, manage, and execute targeted marketing campaigns for player communities.
• Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on key metrics and user feedback.
• Work closely with influencers and partners to drive engagement and revenue growth.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Partner with Social Media, CRM, and Affiliate Management teams to align growth efforts.
• Support content creation and distribution strategies to maximize audience reach.
• Leverage community insights to drive product and feature improvements.

Requirements: 

•  Strong understanding of Web3 and crypto ecosystems
  
•  Experience in rolling out marketing plans and engaging online communities.
  
•  Excellent empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in growth marketing or community management.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Familiarity with tokens, NFTs, and blockchain ecosystems would help.
• Experience with Monday.com is a plus
